Family Foundations of Northeast Florida, Inc. is excited to announce that we are hosting a Homeownership Expo on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 10 AM-2 PM at the historical Edward Waters University gymnasium.

We anticipate 200-300 individuals will attend this exciting event, offering information on the homeownership process, refinancing, estate planning, essential home repairs/maintenance, and remodeling. The Expo will include a panel discussion about the current housing market, workshops on homeownership, cooking demonstrations, tips, and tricks on decorating your home on a budget, staging a home to sell, live music, vendors, family games, and prizes.

Family Foundations’ mission is “to maximize the potential of individuals and families in Northeast Florida to lead better lives. We desire to help residents in our community achieve the American Dream of homeownership and learn to protect their assets adequately. We also want to help our homeowners understand the importance and the skills to begin creating Generational Wealth through estate planning.
